What to include

  • The product name.
  • Your store’s myshopify.com domain, if relevant.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • The approximate time and safe counts such as orders or rows.
  • A screenshot with customer and personalization details removed.

What not to send

Do not email passwords, API keys, access tokens, full customer records, addresses, payment data or raw personalization values. We will ask for a safer diagnostic if more context is needed.

Privacy and deletion requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” and identify the product and store. Shopify customer requests are normally handled through the merchant and Shopify’s mandatory compliance workflow.

Common questions

Does JerseyBatch work with every personalization app?

No. It is designed for personalization apps that save data as Shopify line-item properties or custom attributes.

Does JerseyBatch keep generated spreadsheets?

It is designed not to store generated CSV or XLSX files permanently. The merchant controls downloaded copies.

Can Mogibo download customer upload files?

JerseyBatch displays valid HTTP or HTTPS upload links as data but does not fetch or package the files.
